Service Innovation
A few years ago WCH After Sales Manager, Narelle Quinn, implemented a lubricant dispensing system and asked to have an interface to link this system directly to Orion. The interface has been a success from the day it was installed. Lubricants are only to be dispensed against valid job numbers and the precise volumes pumped are sent directly back to Orion. This ensures total accuracy for billing and administration, not to mention inventory control. No chance of a mistake. Fast, precise and less work for staff. "This is proving to be a wonderful asset", says Narelle.
