Our Services

Project Management:
The installation of a computer system involves the bringing together of resources, skills and technology to achieve business objectives. It is important that additional business benefits to justify the investment that have been identified by the customer.

A Systime project manager plays a key role in the process - co-ordinating the many individual elements, taking the installation from its initial stages through to completion and sign off. Key issues are identified and managed appropriately. Project managers focus on delivering the project on budget, within the agreed timescales and to the agreed quality.

Your project manager will guide you through the installation, be it a new system or an upgrade, and ensure that all members of the delivery team are briefed and working to the same common objectives.

It is important to appreciate that the ownership of the project rests with the customer - it is your new computer system, for your business. The installation will involve a number of teams and people carrying out key tasks and functions. You have the assurance that your Systime project manager will work closely alongside you and your colleagues, every step of the way.
